Sieun Kim / Task3.2 / Tuesday 1pm

I am sitting on a bench in the park. There are lots of children playing in front of me. Some children are running, chasing each other, shouting out loud and some are playing in the playground going down the playground slide. They are all very excited and have full of energy. No concerns shown in their faces. They look so happy.

One of those children is sitting alone on the stairs. He is a small boy maybe 6 or 7 years old. He is smiling watching other friends playing in the playground. He is sitting alone but does not seem to be lonely. I guess he was playing with his friends but he got tired and is taking a short break for a moment. He is wearing old clothes, a t-shirt and jeans. His clothes are little bit dirty.

Now he is eating an ice cream. He is enjoying his ice cream. But the top of his ice cream falls on the stairs in an instant. He picks it up with his fingers and licks his fingers. Then he cleans up the place where the ice cream fell with his hand. I think he does not know how dirty the stairs are. He seems to be a naïve child.

He is done with having ice cream. He jumps off the stairs and runs to his friends. He and his friends are now playing in the playground laughing. They are having fun for a long time.
